Meet James, from Kibaigwa, Dodoma. His dream was to upgrade to a larger tailoring office equipped with modern tools. He envisions this space not only as a place of work but also a training centre, where he can teach sewing to young people of all genders and help them develop skills to become self-employed. He notes that many young people express frustration with finding jobs, so he wants to help them create their own opportunities.

Dream Maker assisted him with realising his vision and James now lives the thrill of serving his community.
